SEN Teaching Assistant with BSL - Grade 2
Start Date: As soon as possible, subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
Contract type: 30 hours 25 minutes per week (8.50am – 3.25pm plus 1 hour staff meeting on a Wednesday claimed via overtime), term time only plus 5 TED days. Attached to a specific child therefore contract will be for as long as the child is at the school.
Salary: TA2, SCP 5-6, £24,955 - £25,348 (includes Special Needs Allowance) (Pro rata’d actual salary: £18,022-£18,305). Pay award pending.
We have an amazing opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with British Sign Language to support a pupil who will be in Year 4 from September. The successful applicant will also be expected to support the class teacher as and when necessary.
